Yuma, Arizona (May, 2023) .- The Regional Center for Border Health, Inc./ Family Behavioral Health Services is reminding the public that May is Mental Health Awareness Month. According to Ms. Ines Gonzalez, Family Behavioral Health Services Director, this month we take a special time to raise awareness of and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health issues. "We would like to remind our community that our Family Behavioral Health Services is here to support you or a loved one who is experiencing an emotional crisis such as depression, anxiety, or thoughts of suicide,", stated Ms. Gonzalez.
